Terms & Conditions

  1. Contest Start Date:- Thursday, 12th April 2013
  2. Contest End Date:- Wednesday, 26th May 2013
  3. Contest day & timings: - Daily 9am to 4pm.
  4. Note: contest entries after 4pm will not be considered for a reward.
  5. The Contest:-We will ask one question daily and the users have to provide the answer in the comment box or choose answer from Poll (featured below the question)
  6. The winners will be chosen by lucky draw every day.
  7. Winners will be announced on https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mango-Suites/165222074105 on the next day. Users are requested to check the same on next day. Mango Suites shall not be responsible for contacting the winners. Users are liable to check and acknowledge (through email) if they have won.
  8. Winners will be required to message their complete name, contact#, address and a copy of photo id proof on our Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mango-Suites/165222074105) to claim their prizes.
  9. Within 5 working days of receipt of the email, prizes will be dispatched to the winner through mail.
  10. Prizes include (but not limited to)
    • a) Free 2/1 nights stay in Mysore/Hyderabad/Agra/Amritsar.
    • b) Stay for 2 & Pay for 1 night stay in Mysore/Hyderabad/Agra/Amritsar.
    • c) 40% discount on each night stay in Mysore/Hyderabad/Agra/Amritsar.
    • d) Rs. 1000/500 Mango Suites Hotels Vouchers to stay in Mysore/Hyderabad/Agra/Amritsar.
  11. The winners will be provided ANY ONE of these prize based on Lucky Draw
  12. By entering into the Contest, entrants are deemed to have accepted the Contest Rules.
  13. No other offer/discount/offer of Mango Suites is valid and cannot be clubbed with the offer/discount/package being given as prize.
  14. Entries to the Contest is valid for Indian nationals aged 18 years and above residing in India and does not include NRI.
  15. The database of mobile numbers and email addresses provided by participants may be used by Mango Suites in future for any lawful purpose as deemed fit by Mango Suites and participants/winners agrees and acknowledges the same.
  16. Prize under the contest is non-transferable and non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be replaced with cash.
  17. Winners will have to provide necessary ID proof before receiving the prize. Mango Suites may not disburse the prize if Mango Suites suspects the ID.
  18. Mango Suites reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the prize and the terms and conditions of the prize at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
  19. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the Offer and/or the prizes therein, the decision of Mango Suites shall be final and binding on all concerned and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard.
  20. Mango Suites shall not be liable for any direct indirect, consequential, incidental loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or winner’s companion while availing the prize.
